At Myxta by avarcas.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your menorquinas. If for any reason you decide they are not for you, you have the right to return your order under the following conditions:

1. Withdrawal Period

In accordance with EU and UK consumer laws, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase without providing any justification.

2. Product Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the footwear must meet the following integrity requirements:

Condition: The menorquinas must be brand new, with no signs of wear on the soles or leather deformation. We strictly recommend trying the footwear on a carpeted surface.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original box, including all intact tags and inserts.

Diminished Value: We reserve the right to apply a deduction to the refund if the product suffers a loss in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the footwear (e.g., outdoor use, aesthetic damage).

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, returns will not be accepted for:

Customized or "made-to-order" menorquinas (bespoke colors, personal engravings, or special widths).

Products showing clear signs of prolonged use or damage due to misuse.

4. Return Shipping Costs

As per current legislation, the direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. The fixed fees for return management and transport are:

Once the goods are received at our warehouse and their condition is verified:

1. We will proceed to refund the amount paid for the products (deducting the return management fee mentioned above, if applicable).

2. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.

2. The processing time for the refund is a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision, although we may withhold the refund until we have physically received the product or proof of shipment.

6. Defective Products or Shipping Errors

If you receive a defective product or the wrong model/size due to our error, all return and reshipping costs will be fully covered by Myxta by avarcas.com. In this case, the legal warranty periods applicable in your country of residence will apply.
